About the Project

PaySmart Technologies needed to migrate a legacy on-premise system processing 500,000 daily transactions to AWS, with zero downtime and full PCI-DSS compliance. We designed the cloud architecture, containerised services with Docker and Kubernetes, and implemented a full CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions .

Results & Impact

Infrastructure costs reduced by 52%. System uptime improved from 98.2% to 99.97%. Deployment frequency increased from monthly to daily releases .
